Securing the funds
When Savvy Real Estate Capital funds a loan, we charge a base interest rate plus our fee. Your broker may charge 1 or 2 points on top of our fee, which is customary. Loan fees are often included in the loan and are paid at the time of funding.
Time being frequently of the essence Savvy Real Estate Capital responds accordingly. If loan requirements cannot be met, the best efforts are put forth to direct you to another lender who might meet your needs.
